Win a 2015 Mustang GT in Motorcraft's 5.0 Fever sweepstakes

Here's a contest quite a few motorsports fans will be interested in.

Entries are now being accepted online in Motorcraft’s 5.0 Fever Sweepstakes, with a 2015 Mustang GT plus $5,000 in Ford Racing Performance Parts and Custom Accessories for the winner.

In recognition of the Ford Mustang’s historic 50th anniversary, one winner will drive away with a 2015 Ford Mustang GT plus $5,000 in Ford Racing Performance Parts and Ford Accessories in Motorcraft’s sixth-annual Mustang 5.0 Fever Sweepstakes.

Contestants 18 years or older can enter online for a chance to win at www.Mustang50Fever.com now through 11:59 a.m. ET on Dec. 1, 2014, or at Motorcraft/Quick Lane Racing’s midway display at select NHRA Mello Yello Series, NASCAR Sprint Cup and Ford enthusiast events. Entries at www.Mustang50Fever.com are limited to one per person.

In 2013, more than 196,000 entered the contest. Bernie L. of Nevada, who registered a 2013 Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, was last year’s lucky winner.

“There’s no better way to celebrate the Mustang’s 50th birthday than driving away with a free one, plus $5,000 of Ford Performance Parts and Accessories to help customize it,” said Mary Lou Quesnell, director of marketing for Ford Customer Service Division. “The Mustang has been a cornerstone for Ford Motor Company for a half century now. We’re excited to offer one as a grand prize in this golden anniversary year.”

Fans can enter at the Ford/Motorcraft/Quick Lane displays at select NHRA, NASCAR and other Ford enthusiast events.
